Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MtaaLink. By signing up or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. What MtaaLink Is
MtaaLink is a management platform for organizations. It helps you track members, contributions, meetings, projects, events, expenses, and reports. It is built and operated in Kenya.
2. Who Can Use It
You may use MtaaLink if you are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You must provide accurate information when you register.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Notify us immediately at sukanoelijah@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person. Organizations may have multiple admin accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MtaaLink for anything illegal under Kenyan law.
- Send spam, threats, or unwanted messages to your members.
- Attempt to access another organization's data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the platform.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or delete your account.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We only store it to provide the service. You can export everything to PDF at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Pricing
MtaaLink is free during early access. No card required.
When paid plans launch, the price will be KES 2,500 per month, all features included. We will notify you by email before any paid plan begins. You may cancel at any time.
7. Availability
We aim to keep MtaaLink online and working. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and unexpected downtime can happen.
8. Disclaimer
MtaaLink is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will meet every need or that it will always be error-free. You use it at your own discretion.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on data in the platform, or for losses caused by data entry errors in your organization.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Kenyan law, MtaaLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of MtaaLink means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled in Kenyan courts.
